Money



Egyptian currency: The common denominations are 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 Egyptian pounds. Egyptian change comes in paper form called piastres (but called guinea on the street). I've seen guinea in denominations of only 25 and 50. The 5 and 10 pound notes are missing from the picture above.
It's worth noting that with an exchange rate of 5.34 to 1, the money in the picture amounts to less than $30 US dollars.

I like the English pound..actually I like coin instead of bills...it makes me feel like I have more money...it was fun paying for a guiness with coins too!! speaking of...how is the beer?? is cairo very americanize....those magazines seemed like it...
